By downloading, installing, or using RemoteMyMac, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.

Software License

RemoteMyMac is licensed, not sold. Fleetiqo LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal, educational, or commercial purposes on devices you own or control. This license includes:

  • Use on multiple iOS devices you own
  • Connection to multiple Mac computers you own or have permission to access
  • Commercial use within your organization
  • Educational use in academic institutions

Permitted Uses

You are authorized to use RemoteMyMac for:

  • Personal Use: Managing your own Mac computers and development projects
  • Professional Use: System administration, DevOps, and IT support within your organization
  • Development Work: Software development, testing, deployment, and debugging
  • Educational Use: Learning, teaching, and academic research
  • Team Collaboration: Shared access to development servers and staging environments
  • Remote Work: Accessing your work Mac from anywhere within your network

Prohibited Uses

You may not use RemoteMyMac for:

  • Unauthorized Access: Accessing systems you don't own or lack permission to use
  • Illegal Activities: Any activities that violate local, state, or federal laws
  • Malicious Use: Hacking, cracking, or damaging computer systems
  • Reverse Engineering: Attempting to extract source code or modify the application
  • Redistribution: Sharing, selling, or distributing the application without authorization
  • Commercial Resale: Reselling access to RemoteMyMac as a service

Pricing and Refunds

RemoteMyMac is available for a one-time purchase of $7.99 USD through the Apple App Store. The Mac companion app is provided free of charge. Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

Warranty Disclaimer

RemoteMyMac is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Fleetiqo LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement of third-party rights
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Compatibility with all devices and systems

You acknowledge that you use RemoteMyMac at your own risk and discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fleetiqo LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • System downtime or service interruptions
  • Damage to hardware or software
  • Security breaches or unauthorized access

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the application ($7.99 USD).
